Client-side project management for banks and financial institutions.
Branches, head offices and business continuity premises delivered around live operations, security and head-office governance, led by a founder who has worked on banking premises in London since 2013.
We understand the constraints before the first drawing.
A bank cannot close for a fit-out, cannot compromise security, and must account to its head office and regulators for every decision. Our approach is built around that.
Bank branch fit-outs
Customer halls, counters, interview rooms, back-office and staff areas; branding to group standards; accessibility for customers; out-of-hours working where the branch stays open.
Banking workplaces and head offices
Office floors for treasury, trade finance, compliance and management teams: CAT A and CAT B fit-outs, meeting and boardroom suites, and space planned for growth.
Business continuity premises
Recovery and continuity sites that must be ready on the day they are needed: resilient power and data, seat counts tested against the bank’s continuity plan, and handover evidence for audit.
Operational requirements
Phasing around trading hours, cash and document handling, secure deliveries, contractor vetting and permits, so the bank keeps serving customers throughout.
IT and security coordination
Comms rooms, structured cabling, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control coordinated between the bank’s IT and security teams, specialist installers and the fit-out contractor.
Landlord and statutory approvals
Licences for alterations, building control, fire strategy, planning and signage consents, and listed-building consent where needed, tracked so approvals never hold up the programme.
Refurbishment delivery
Tendering with clear audit trails, contractor appointment on recognised contracts, weekly reporting, cost control and a documented handover with operating manuals and certificates.
Head-office governance
Reports and approvals structured for local management, UK boards and overseas head offices, including Indian banks reporting to head offices in India.
Procurement compliance
Responses to bank RFPs and frameworks, vendor onboarding, conflict-of-interest declarations and written disclosure of any commercial arrangements.
