Client requirements and challenges

What our clients need from their project.

  • A fixed opening date tied to launches and seasons
  • Brand standards and finish quality protected
  • Specialist suppliers and long lead times managed
  • Security, insurance and display requirements met
  • Discreet delivery in prime streets and malls
Our approach

Client-side, from brief to handover.

We act for you, not the contractor or designer: we set the brief and budget, appoint and coordinate the design team and contractors, and report to you at every stage. We do not act as your architect or interior designer unless appointed to do so; we make sure the right ones are appointed and deliver.

How client-side project management works
  1. Brief: requirements, building evaluation, budget
  2. Design: coordinating the designers and specification
  3. Tender: competitive procurement and contract
  4. Site: programme, cost, quality and approvals
  5. Handover: commissioning, defects and move-in
