Santoshi Design went on to deliver the refurbishment of the second floor of Senator House as the bank’s first London branch, with its banking hall and offices, with works on site in the summer of 2013. Priten led the project personally as managing director.

This was a Santoshi Design Ltd project, separate from Union Bank of India’s premises at 12 Arthur Street, EC4R, a Trishul Consulting project completed in 2023.
