Direct Design & Build Introductions
Not every project needs a project manager. If you would rather appoint a design-and-build contractor directly, we can introduce you to a suitable one.
Three questions, one clear recommendation.
Some clients want an independent adviser managing the whole project on their behalf. Others simply want an introduction to the right design-and-build contractor.
We listen to what you need, then introduce you to one or more established design-and-build contractors whose experience fits your project: offices, bank branches, retail or residential. You then deal with the contractor directly.
How an introduction works
- A short call about your premises, scope, budget and timing
- We suggest suitable contractors and explain why
- We make the introduction and step back
- If you later want someone on your side, you can appoint us as client-side project manager

Introduction or full project management.

How we are paid for introductions. Trishul Consulting may receive a marketing or introduction fee from a contractor we introduce. We will tell you in writing before an introduction goes ahead. An introduction is not a project-management appointment: unless you appoint us separately, we do not advise on, check or supervise the contractor’s design, price, programme or work.
