A copy of all O & M documentation is provided upon handover including:

• Details of all materials used and any maintenance instructions
• Training manuals of any new systems installed e.g. Telephone, Security, A.V. etc.
• Copies of all test certificates
• Statutory approval documents
• Copies of all warranties
• Record ‘as built’ drawings
• Furniture documentation
