Weekly client & contractor meetings are held on site to ensure all parties are kept up to date as the project progresses:

• Meetings minutes are recorded and issued
• Client project reports will be issued by project manager
• Design, construction & financial issues will be discussed
• Project progress will be shown on the construction programme
